Do not click "OK" because you do not have
anything to edit. Just close the window by clicking
on the RED "X" in the upper right hand corner and follow these
directions:
You will find that either you are 1) not
connected to the internet or 2) you have a firewall protection
that is blocking the MamaKall NetPhone from accessing the
internet, You will need to allow the MamaKall NetPhone internet
access (firewall setup guide).
Once you have done this return to the main login
icon and click on the Blue Check Mark icon.
